Construction of the pedestrian road in Lapta completed

A project has been completed for the construction of a pedestrian road along the Lapta embankment. The construction was carried out by the Municipality of Lapta.
Design and construction of the embankment began in 2006 and took place in three stages.
The road is 3.5 km long, was funded by the European Commission Cooperation Offices and the municipality of Lapta.
On April 25, near Sunny Beach, the official opening ceremony of the final stage of the embankment, financed by Turkey, took place.
