4th Kyrenia Half Marathon

The 4th Kyrenia Half Marathon, organized by the municipality with the assistance of the TRNC Athletics Federation, will be held in our beautiful city at the hippodrome on April 2, 2023.
The marathon will be held in the categories of public running and walking at a distance of 3km, 10km, 21km for women and men in 9 different age categories.
Age categories:
19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+
Prizes in the categories Women / Men:
For 21km 1st place – 15000 Turkish Lira
2nd place - 10000 Turkish Lira
3rd place - 5000 Turkish Lira
For 10km 1st place - 11000 Turkish Lira
2nd place - 6000 Turkish Lira
3rd place - 3000 Turkish Lira
The total cash prize is 100,000 Turkish Liras.
Time 7.30-13.00
All proceeds from the half marathon will be used to support the shelter for homeless animals in the municipality of Kyrenia.
