April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day.

The Municipality of Girne organizes a Children's Festival as part of the Day of National Sovereignty and Protection of Children on 23 April.

According to the Department of Social Affairs of the Girne Municipality, the event will take place on the square in front of the House of Culture of the Municipality of Girne (former municipal building).

As part of the event, which will take place on Sunday 23 April from 10:00 to 18:00, entertainment for children will be free.

The head of the department of social affairs of the municipality of Girne made a statement on this matter. He said that the holiday will include inflatable playgrounds for children, a master class on fairy tales, musical and entertainment events, face painting, clown animations, free balloons and ice cream distribution.
