A two-community village of Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots in Pyla.

A two-community village will be built in the Buffer Zone of Cyprus. This will be the first joint residential development project between the two communities since 1974.

As part of a new agreement between Northern Cyprus and the UN Peacekeeping Force, a joint project will be implemented to build housing for Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots in Pyla.

As part of this project, a village with 400 plots will be built, the road leading from the TRNC territory to the two-community village will be repaired and put into operation, and a photovoltaic park project will be implemented.
