Festival of Sailing and Navigation in TRNC.

Northern Cyprus Sailing and Navigation Festival will be held in Kyrenia from 17 to 25 June.

The festival will be organized by Girne Marina and the Mediterranean Sailing Club.

Competitions will be held in 4 categories:

• Optimist (children from 7 to 14 years old),
• ICLA-4 (youth aged 14+),
• Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell Monohull Sailing Racing (big boat racing),
• Halil Falyalı (fishing tournament).

In addition, the event, which will be held in Girne Marina, will bring together not only well-known companies in the maritime sector, but also marine sports enthusiasts.

Girne Marina CEO Karahan Şahin stated that sailing professionals and amateurs from Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will take part in the festival and that their goal is to turn this festival into an international event.
