Restoration of the aqueduct in Lefka.

The vice-president of the Lefke Tourism Association, Hassan Karlitas, made a statement about the project to restore the Lefke aqueduct.

Karlitash noted that the bi-communal committee for cultural and technical heritage has begun preliminary preparation of a project for the restoration of the Lefke aqueduct.

Declaring that the said object is under control, Karlitash said: “Very soon specialists will start restoration work. In terms of protecting historical sites and developing tourism, this will be a great contribution to the preservation of the country's historical heritage“.
