Let's say NO to traffic jams! The Kyrenia-Alsancak road is planned to be completed by March.

As stated by the Ministry of Transport, the maintenance work carried out by the Department of Roads on the Kyrenia-Alsancak highway, one of the island's most important road projects, is scheduled to be completed in March this year.

Minister of Public Works and Transport Erhan Arıklı noted that thanks to the Republic of Turkey, which provides financial support to the TRNC and makes a special contribution to the development of the country, road infrastructure development work continues, and the initiated projects are completed one after another.

The Department of Highways is also working on the installation of road signs, traffic lights and road markings throughout the country. Signs and road markings were installed on the roads, damage was replaced, video cameras were installed and roads were cleaned.
