The second photography contest "Nicosia Photo Marathon" starts.

The second Nicosia Photo Marathon photography competition is held in cooperation with the Turkish Municipality of Nicosia (LTB) and the Yiltan Tasci Academy.

According to information provided by the Turkish Municipality of Nicosia (LTB), the photo contest will take place on September 9-10. The competition is organized to reflect the cultural values, historical and tourist sites, urban texture and life within the boundaries of the LTB through the eyes of a photographer.

Works deemed worthy of an exhibition will be exhibited at the Nicosia Central Exhibition Hall. The opening of the exhibition will take place on October 3, Tuesday at 19.00, together with the awards ceremony.

The contest will start at 00:01 on Saturday, September 9th and end at 00:00 on Sunday, September 10th. No less than 3 and no more than 5 photos can be submitted for the competition. Photographs must be submitted by completing the "Competition Entry Form" at the Public Relations Office during business hours on Monday, September 11, 2023.

In addition to awards for 1st (5,000 TL), 2nd (3,000 TL) and 3rd places (2,000 TL), this year's selection committee received the "Burcin Ozkus Special Prize" (1,000 TL) and " Zerrin Erdilek Special Prize (1000 TL) for two works.
