Turkish Cypriot climbers climbed to the top of Kilimanjaro.
Turkish-Cypriot climbers Niyazi Beydagli, Ozan Emiroglu, Suat Anil and Aydin Ismihan managed to reach the summit of Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain of the African continent, at 5 thousand 895 meters, in 8 days.
Mount Kilimanjaro, located in northeastern Tanzania, is the highest mountain on the African continent, dominated by Kibo Peak. In 1987, its unique landscape was declared a World Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO.
