Young athlete takes second place in Turkey

Aslıhan Kandil, one of the promising track and field athletes of the TRNC, took second place in Turkey in the 200 meters in Konya.

Aslıhan Kandil, who was a member of the National Team of the TRNC Athletics Federation under 18, took part in the Turkish Championship among athletes under 16 (U16) - 18 years (U18), which was held in Konya on August 3-4, and competed with the strongest athletes in the final at a distance of 200 meters. Kandil finished second in Turkey with a time of 25.90s.
