The Ministry of Health and the municipality of Göneli-Alaiköy have signed a protocol to establish a medical center in Göneli and provide medical services once every two weeks in the existing medical center in Alaiköy.

Pointing out that the boundaries of the municipality have expanded as a result of the merger of the municipalities of Göneli and Alaiköy, and that the mayor serves a fairly large region, Hussein Amcaoglu noted that in the previous period, some services were provided only to people over 65 years old, but work is currently underway to expand the list of these services.

Amcaoglu said that for the provision of medical services to people over 65 years old, the Göneli Social Activity Center has a doctor's office and a separate examination room.

Informing that a temporary facility has been organized at the Göneli Social Activity Center to start providing medical services as soon as possible, Amcaoglu said that after the completion of the Healthy Life Center project, better conditions and equipment will be provided for the provision of medical services.
